De handelaar heeft het bestelde product verkocht via een ander kanaal al wetende dat de overschrijving gedaan was. Hierdoor moet ik wachten op een terugbetaling en zorgt dit voor een gap in de fondsen. Klantenservice betekent duidelijk niets in het kader van hebzucht.

The photos were not as per the real box and product. He tried to sell me an inferior product and once challenged he then offered a swap to a better product. His delivery packaging was awful. Took no care at all. I returned the product.

Molto scorretto e poco professionale. Nonostante avessi pagato in tempo ed effettuato il pagamento entro i termini previsti, ha venduto privatamente l'orologio, creandomi disagio per la restituzione della somma che comunque ho ricevuto

trotz bereits getätigter Bezahlung wurde der Kauf abgebrochen mit der Begründung das die Uhr wem anders verkauft wurde !

there are few photos in the ad, the condition of the watch does not match the description (very good), the seller does not want to send current and detailed photos of the watch, the watch arrived in a shoe box

Bought, accepted, paid - C24 then told me the seller cancelled the purchase as ist was not available. No message to me at all. No words needed.

Le professionnel n’a pas tenu ses engagements. La montre a bien été payée via trust checktout, et quelques heures plus tard la vente a été annulée car il l’aurai vendue dans son magasin ! Entre le moment où il me propose le prix avec frais de ports ( que j’accepte ) et le paiement de ma part ( moins de 24h ), il ne m’aura jamais envoyé un message pour me dire que la montre n’était plus disponible ! Aucun geste commercial pour une autre montre , rien. Maintenant j’attends le remboursement … Aillant plusieurs fois acheté sur Chrono24, c’est la première fois que je rencontre ce manque de sérieux! Je ne peux malheureusement pas mettre une bonne note, ni recommander ce professionnel.

Ich habe die Uhr gekauft auch die Zahlungsbestätigung bekommen aber wurde angeblich im Laden verkauft.

Not honest, I wont ever deal again. Seller hold the watch while the market was going up, and ended up cancelling the sale although the watch had been paid, UPS waybill created too, and they hold the package for another 2/3 days, as the market was evolving up. Not professional at all. Very bad experience.

I tried to purchase a Tudor Black Bay from this merchant, i payed what was requested, they accepted, one day later after payment when they were supposed to ship the watch they cancelled and said watch is sold. I wouldn't recommend this merchant for purchases, at least i wont be doing any business with them.

Hatte eine Uhr gekauft und Geld überwiesen, dann kam die Antwort dass die Uhr zwischenzeitlich verkauft wurde !! Sehr unseriös!! Sollte ein Weihnachtsgeschenk sein !! Nie wieder

Unusually high shipping costs (from the Netherlands to Germany with FedEx: 300,- €). The watch was not in the condition, that was descibed in the offer by the dealer. It was classificated as „very good“. But the watch has scratches and dents in the watchcase and the bracelet. The bracelet is worn, loose, has „stretch“ and contains not original parts. All these things was neither described in the offer nor recognizable on the photos. The only reaction of the dealer to these facts was „if you are not happy, send it back to us“... If you want to make a purchase from this dealer, be careful: Maybe the watch is not in the condition as you expect it from the offer!
