We agreed on a price and two days later they said they couldn't do it because they would lose money on the transaction since shipping cost was too high. Yet, they had agreed on my offer. They didn't check what the cost would be first? The transaction was cancelled and they gave the reason to Chrono 24 as "not able to ship to US." They were perfectly capable of shipping to the US but didn't want to cuz of the cost. You accept and agree on a price, you follow through. Not cool.

I should have read the comments before, it would have saved me time as no communication with the seller. First he accepted the deal so I paid immidiately but then after 2 days the message from Chrono24 they will refund as the seller cancelled! Very unserious better chose someone with good reviews! Never again

Please never buy from this seller. Bought a Rolex Air King 5500. The watch I received wasn't the one on the ad. The ad showed an Air King 5500 in good condition. The watch I received had a crown which was off-line at 12 o'clock, the lume in the middle of the hands was missing, leaving a hole through. The lume on the end of the hour markers were also missing. The second hand was loose when you tried to wind the watch. Overall a horrible watch. Don't know if it were a Franken watch or a fake one, but there was definitely something wrong. The communication was bad, and most of the time it took days before they answered back. They also never told me why they had sent me a different watch than the one advertised on Chrono24. The watch was just sent in a padded envelope, and when I send the watch back it took the seller 4 days before they opened the package and notified Chrono24 to transfer the money back.

Verkäufer hat auf die Frage ob das Set komplett ist nicht geantwortet. Nach meiner Bezahlung wurde vom Verkäufer geschrieben das, (obwohl im Inserat angegeben) doch keine original Papiere für die Uhr vorhanden sind! Ich gehe davon aus, das der Verkäufer sich darüber im Vorfeld bewusst war das keine original Dokumente dabei sind. Bis dato wurde das Inserat nicht angepasst und gibt weiterhin an "mit original Box & original Dokumente", (trotz Meldung bei Chrono24).

Pessima esperienza e pessimo venditore. Nonostante avessi accettato la sua offerta e fatto il bonifico relativo, alla comunicazione di Chrono24 che la somma era disponibile mandava un messaggio dicendo di aver già venduto l’orologio. Quando uno non sa mantenere gli impegni è un pessimo. VENDITORE DA EVITARE
