Anyway, we want to remark: -strap and steel bucle was not original, and not pretended to be. It was cleary visible in the pictures that they were not original (and pictures are part of the description) -the valuation of the shipment has nothing to be with this problem -the valuation of the communication has nothing to be with this problem -of course, price was excellent, and it reflected the not original strap and not original buckle We can't understand the feedback, because from our point of view, almost all the valuation is not related to the points required. We assume we could include a better description in the ads, and remark the no originality even when it is clearly seen, and we will do that starting now. It is the COMERZIA policy, in addition to Trusted Checkout rules: if buyer is not completely satisfied with the new purchase, purchase can be cancelled, and have the money returned.
