Buyer placed an order for a Panerai. The order was immediately accepted by us. Buyer did not make payment, and the order was cancelled. What communication do you need? This is not kindergarten. You are not a child. You received instructions to proceed with payment and you didn't. We cannot hold your hand every step of the way, to make sure you understand how an order works.
