Nous ne sommes pas toujours en mesure de mettre à jour la disponibilité en temps réel des milliers d'annonces que nous avons. Dear customer, when you ordered the watch, we told you that it would be shipped to you in two working days and that the guarantee would be sent to you later because it hadn't arrived from the supplier. At first you said you were waiting for the shipment to also have the guarantee together, then you wrote that you wanted to cancel the order, then you wanted the shipment of the watch without the guarantee and so we did and it was delivered on November 16th . When the guarantee arrived we sent it the same day which was November 21st and we also sent you the tracking, at this moment the delay is linked to the shipper. Dear customer we are the first to be sorry for not having delivered the watch to you, as far as we are concerned we have done everything possible as the watch is at the end of production. We had many requests for this model, some we delivered following the arrival date of the orders, others as in your case were pending, but unfortunately after doing a lot of research the watch was nowhere to be found. Ad ogni domanda che ci ha fatto le è stata data risposta e come già scritto basta vedere la messaggistica intercorsa tra noi e lei. Per quanto riguarda l'orologio prima che lei effettuasse il pagamento era stato avvisato che l'orologio sarebbe stato disponibile in 15 giorni circa.
