Item sent completely different from item on website. Returning item was very difficult.

Since day one I bought this watch, I had hard time to wind this watch, local jeweller showed me how to wind this watch the first time I used it, after that, each time I winded it, it either stopped right away or it lasted only for a few hours, i contacted seller almost everyday about this problem, I even bought watch winder as per seller’s suggestion, this watch still stopped, eventually this watch completely stopped on me two weeks after I bought it, I finally took it to local watch maker who has 35 years experiences, the watch maker told me this watch has not been serviced at least 7 years, something blocks the movement, the watch maker suggested I should send it back for service, the seller refused to pay for the full service or give me refund, Before this watch was shipped out, the seller said this watch was professionally serviced, if it was professionally serviced, I’m sure this watch would have lasted just more than two weeks, i received no certificate saying this watch has been certified by a watch maker, I just think an honest good standing seller should sell luxury watches that have been certified by watch makers. I think this seller tried to sell pre-owned watch that lasts for a short period of time, then blame on buyer for the watch not be able to work. The Advertising said this watch has luminous hands, in fact they don’t have it, also the ad never mentioned if this watch has quick set date feature or not, then when I received it, I found out this watch doesn’t have quick set date feature, I find their ad very misleading, the worse thing is the seller was not honest when I asked if they did professional service with this watch. I actually was planning to buy the 2nd watch from this seller if I had a good experience with this Rolex watch purchase, unfortunately I have a very unpleasant experience, I spent money 13k CAD, this watch doesn’t work, the seller refuses to pay for the service or give me the refund, I hope Chronto24 can come up with suggestion on this, otherwise I will send the watch back, get my refund from my credit card company. I will not buy the watch that doesn’t work probably in the first place then I have to pay my own service, I don’t think it is fair, i would expect this watch to work perfect until next service when I bought it. I think seller should have honest good business practice, that is how they attract customers to buy their products.

Dealer included an appraisal that was not accurate (incorrect number of total carats, incorrect description of quality of diamonds, etc.) and size was 30mm not 33mm as advertised. And after less than 1 week, after wearing the watch 2 times, one diamond has already fallen out of the bezel.
