I have purchased a number of watches from Ippo Japan (because of low prices, although they were always slow). However, I will never buy from them again. After telling me they would ship the watch in 5-7 business days, it took them two weeks just to issue a tracking number to FEDEX despite numerous emails from myself and Chrono24 asking them to ship to watch. They responded to my emails by simply saying they will check with shipping. After finally issuing the tracking number, it took another week for them to actually get the package to FEDEX and they did not even respond to an email I sent them asking why it was taking so long. They also did not properly fill out the customs form (watch worksheet), so it was held up in customs for another few days and I had to contact fedex and fill out the form. The watch finally arrived one month after I paid for it. This is terrible service for any dealer.

Мне очень жаль, что заказанная и оплаченная покупка так и не дошла до меня. Особенно огорчает тот факт, что часы были подарком моей дочери. Оплата была произведена мной в начале декабря 2021 года. Часы, по утверждению дилера, покинули Японию 16 декабря 2021 года, и ПРОПАЛИ. Я интересовался посылкой в январе, феврале, марте-апреле. Никакого вразумительного объяснения я не получил. Был ответ: Ждите, посылка в пути, но мы не знаем где именно. Так что просто ждите. На мой взгляд, это безответственное отношение к своей работе. Абсолютно формальное отношение к людям - Вашим клиентам. Объяснение, что COVID изменил логистику не выдерживают критики. За это время я успешно получил не менее 6 посылок из Японии и ни одна из них не задержалась болен чем на 5 дней. Зато об отмене моего заказа у IPPO JAPAN WATCH я узнал через полгода после фактического совершения покупки. Я был бы готов поблагодарить дилера, если бы часы все-таки дошли. Но нет! Часов для подарка нет, как нет и трети суммы потраченной на покупку. Почему? А из-за курсовой разницы японской иены к рублю между декабрем 2021 и июнем 2022 года! Отлично! Спасибо ребятки! Так держать, как говорится. Вашим клиентом я теперь уж точно не буду. И всем ИСКРЕННЕ НЕ СОВЕТУЮ!

Bad experience because watch sent is not the version I have ordered. I specifically took the time to check and confirm with the dealer which version (which by the way appears on the pictures) they sell before ordering. They confirmed the "no lume" model (date window) but shipped the lume version which is not the one I purchased (pictures + confirmation). Returning the watch with the shipping costs and taxes (already paid) is not an option. Not happy.

It’s the first time to buy a product at this gang site, because I want to buy 5, before I buy, I first inform the seller whether there are 5 in stock, they replied yes, adjusted the price and shipping cost and I paid immediately, they said 3 to 5 days Sent it out, but three days later they said that there were only 2 and the other three will be refunded. I have no choice but to accept it. I also ask them to pay attention to the 3 only to me if they are in stock. They will send it out a week later. After receiving the product, I found that they were in stock. Can I give me 3 pieces at the same price as when I bought it before, but they will not accept it, and some feel helpless

Montre commandé, le client a validé la commande. Après paiement, le client me dit que la montre n'est plus disponible (surement une erreur de sa part dans le prix car prix très bas).

Kein wirkliches Interesse am Kunden, da war die Uhr wohl doch zu billig um hinterher zu sein. Geld wurde nach 7 Wochen rückerstattet, erst nachdem reklamiert wurde.
