Dear Buyer, The only that was missing from the watch was the outer box. The watch contained the inside box and of course all the documents. You had photos of them before you decide to proceed with the buy. You had and photos of the watch. Cause as company we want our customers to be happy with the watches that they have bought. You can send the watch now , back to our company and refund to you the money. Regards Sofos Kostas

The dealer said the watch had been serviced recently by Omega, but when I get it it looses 1 minute per day and has low amplitude. Dealer offered 1 year warranty and offered to either have me ship it all the way back to Greece or that I would get it looked at locally and he would pay for repairs. However, I could not use a certified Omega dealer for the repair because "too expensive". I went to a local watchmaker who managed to get the watch to run better by adjusting the regulator but they said that it seemed unlikely Omega had serviced it, given that there were some parts which were old that would have been replaced in a standard Omega service. In all of this, the dealer has been very slow to respond and even as I have requested the service documentation from him, I have yet to receive it.

Hello Sir, As you will see in our email conversation you will see that we never told you that the watch was serviced inside omega official service center. The watch has been serviced from our service center. We are in contact with the previous owner to check where all the previous services was made, and we still waiting an answer from omega official center for the history of the watch services. We try the best for our clients. if you think that the watch that you bought does not worth the money that you gave you have the option to return it back and refund it to you.

Very good service. However, pity that the watch was not 100% mechanical OK.

The watch came without the outer case and with most of the screw heads worn, making it impossible to remove at least one of the screws. It was supposed to be used with few or no marks of use, and with original box and documents.
