Die Uhr war gebraucht und beim Versand konnten keine Mängel festgestellt werden. Der Laden war wegen Feiertagen geschlossen und dies ist der Grund für die Verzögerung bei der Abholung. Das Logistikbüro wurde geschlossen. Wir stimmten dennoch einer Rückerstattung in jeder Hinsicht zu. Es war ein unglücklicher Verkauf. Teniamo a precisare che l'orologio era nuovo e non di secondo polso, quando vendiamo orologi usati lo dichiariamo. C'è stato un problema con la garanzia come descritto dal cliente in quanto per errore è stata inserita quella di un altro orologio. MC - Staff Commerciale

Unfortunately it can happen that the watch is immediately available in the announcement but that it is not actually there, this can happen because we have several sales channels in addition to Chrono 24 other sales sites and the physical store. While the customer orders the product on C24 another buys it from our site and it depends on the availability we have at that moment, we are not always able to satisfy all orders and we have to wait for the supply from suppliers. We did not ask for any advance payment also because the payment of the order as everyone knows is not made to the merchant but directly to Chrono 24 which manages all transactions, we are paid only after the order has been delivered. Furthermore, there was no request from you to know the delivery times, we found ourselves with the paid order without any communication made before. As for the availability, our announcement reported the delivery in 4/6 weeks given the long delivery times by the supplier companies linked to the difficult time of availability of the materials.
