The watch is beautiful although had to be repaired immediately as the crown fell out upon setting of the time when taking the watch from the packaging. Cartier charged a repair cost of HK$2,870 (US$368 based on todays rate of exchange). I have shared with the seller but there is no offer of a contribution.

Very good service about logistics and returns, a bit pushy for good reviews which was unpleasant. Overall I would recommend.

Uhr war als ungetragen deklariert, zeigte sich dann aber aufpoliert, mit verschmutztem Verschluss und einem tiefen Kratzer im Glas. Garantiekarte ohne Stempel oder Verkaufsdatum.

Purtroppo ho considerato il prezzo e non ho fatto attenzione al bracciale che mancava di 4 maglie. L’acquisto di queste non rende conveniente il prezzo dell’orologio

The whole experience was far from ideal but the dealer at the end tried to fix the situation. The watch was listed as directly "Available". However it took 10 days to be sent from another country than the seller. After that, there was no tracking information from the carrier. The seller was not responsive at the beginning until the important of the issue was raised. I waited another 20 days. Most of them, I was reassured that the "tracking number will be sent tomorrow". After 1 month the seller shipped a second watch with a more reliable carrier, while the communication was improved. The watch was indeed new and I am very happy with it.

Purtroppo l'orologio che mi è stato consegnato non è completo e non lo posso indossare. Capisco che sia usato, ma il bracciale manca di almeno due maglie ed è corto. Sarebbe stato corretto averlo comunicato nella descrizione, mi sarei informato meglio ed eventualmente avrei chiesto una maglia in più, anche dietro pagamento. Così per me non è portabile, dovrò procurarmi una maglia aggiuntiva pagandola. Devo dire che il commerciante ha scritto che si sarebbe interessato al problema, ma ad oggi non mi ha comunicato niente. Nella sua pubblicità parla di completa soddisfazione del cliente, ma nel mio caso non è andata così.

unfortunate situation where we communicated, discussed everything, I purchased & paid, and then the transaction was cancelled b/c apparently the watch wasn't available anymore.

I ordered a limited edition. It was listed on it's website. Finally they couldn't have it so they cancelled the process. But they forgot to notice me just chrono24.

L’article acheté est une CAR2012.FC6236 (bracelet marron) or j’ai reçu une CAR2012.FC6235 (bracelet noir) et le vendeur maintient que j’ai reçu la même montre que la photo ce qui est faux. N’ayant pas envie de payer pour la retourner, me faire rembourser et en acheter une autre je pense acheter un bracelet à côté. C’est un peu décevant pour un article de ce prix. De plus la boîte est abîmée alors que l’article est bien neuf

L'orologio mi ha soddisfatto in pieno , corrisponde pienamente all'immagine dell'annuncio. Il commerciante lo consiglierei per la qualità e quantità degli articoli in vendita , ma la spedizione è stata piuttosto lenta ( circa 10 giorni di calendario ) e il commerciante aveva due prezzi differenti quello per acquisto diretto più basso rispetto a quello in vendita tramite Chrono 24.
