This was a very frustrating experience. The dealer messaged me immediately after I bought the watch to ask me if I had any "experience" with the watch. When I asked why, they indicated that I could not return the watch. I told them that was against Chrono 24 policy, and initiated contact with Chrono24 customer service (who were great). The dealer then called me, again to preemptively talk me out of returning the watch I had just bought. I got a slick, distasteful salesman vibe from the person on the phone. Apparently the watch was not in stock, as it had been listed: instead they would be acquiring it from overseas, and if I opted to return it, they'd be stuck with it. Now quite annoyed, I told them tough luck, that's why I buy via Chrono24. The watch, unsurprisingly, did not arrive in the promised timeframe. It took well over a week longer, in fact, which was frustrating because I knew why (they lied about having it in stock), and frustrating because it was a gift. I even started to wonder if they were intentionally delaying it because of how brusque I had been with them when they tried to violate the Chrono24 terms of service. In the end, the watch came, brand new as advertised. But I won't be buying from them again and you probably shouldn't either.

I got a watch for my husband for our first anniversary. There were some hiccups at first but it things got worked out and we are very satisfied with the outcome. I would order from them again but make sure to ask the right questions and have them triple check the watch they send vrs what is bought. Also it would be nice if they could offer the original box and papers considering they advertised it. So if it matters to you to have original documents they do not send them. After everything was said and done we are happy with this watch. It’s beautiful. Thank you for helping me put a smile on my husband’s face!!

Dealer is good but seems have mistakenly posted incorrect information about the product on Chrono24 this could be misleading for the spontaneous buyers. Must check all details with dealer before you place an online order.

The watch quit keeping time within the first week, I have repeatedly asked for the dealer to contact me about it but no communication at all. Poor customer serice.
