Our quality control department found a fault with the watch prior to shipping and you were notified. We offered a replacement watch and advised of the waiting time of a few weeks. We received your confirmation that you were willing to wait. Unfortunately, after a few days, the order was cancelled by yourself without any explanation.

Item wrapped nicely, fast shipping, watches work perfectly. But, 1. The dial color (blue) in description is not match, I tried to ask the CS for confirmation, they gave me canned answer which is not helpful. Lucky the watch arrived with correct green dial. 2. CS is not so helpful and totally unable to notice and fulfill my concern, which is quite a pity.
