Dear Sir, Thank you for your feedback. I’m sorry that our product does not meet your expectation. Each skin (as is not synthetic) is dyed individually, the porosity is variable for every single piece, consequence that the tonal color is different every time even if used the same pigment. The picture was taken with a digital camera and was not retouched. Concerning the scale matter I do not understand your meaning, we produce 4 straps from a single skin of 26 linear centimeter ( every time diverse ) , each strap is different from another (we can say is unique). Regarding the point that the item is not the same quality of the pictures. How you can evaluate the quality of a product from a picture? We use only high end skins sourced from the best suppliers and only superior materials for our production, I can accept that you may not like the color or the combination but saying that the strap is not high quality I’m completely disagree ,we have only positive feedback worldwide from our customers. As we do not meet your quality level please ship back the product and we will reimburse you. Best regards, VISCONTI MILANO Buyer not recommended!
