Hello Karl, we understand that your are disappointed because the watch was 3mm bigger than advertised. But this was a mistake in the data base here - but we had to double check it. We offered you to return the watch or that we exchange the watch with another Breguet. But you never answered our messages and decided to keep the watch. So we don't understand your rating. We did our best to to solve the problem and offered you all services. Hope you will enjow this beautiful timepiece even when it's a bit bigger than expected.

Durch einen internen Fehler erhielt der Kunde ein Zertifikat von uns zur falschen Uhr. Da der Kunde dafür leider kein Verständnis hatte und nicht gewillt war, auf die korrekte Ausführung zu warten, organisierten wir problemlos den Rückversand auf unsere Kosten und leiteten unverzüglich die Rückerstattung ein. Due to an internal error, the customer received a certificate from us for the wrong watch. Since the customer unfortunately did not understand this and was not willing to wait for the correct execution, we easily organized the return shipment at our expense and initiated the reimbursement immediately.

Der Käufer hatte sehr starke Arme und benötigte zusätzliche Ersatzglieder. Ein weiteres bekam er aus Kulanz noch umsonst und das zweite hat er für sensationelle 30€ (Normalpreis 60€) kaufen dürfen. Wir empfehlen ihm vor dem nächsten Kauf doch in Erfahrung zu bringen, ob ihm die Uhr auch passt. Die Uhr war perfekt und die Bewertung ist nicht nachvollziehbar.

The buyer bought a 30 year old spare part and later complained that it was not 'new', although it was explicitly sold as 'used'. The shipment was made as an insured package, which was delayed by Corona in the country of delivery and only required a total of 7 days. Accordingly, this assessment is completely disproportionate.
