The seller was responsive and understanding. They sold a nice watch, but it was returned on my part. The watch is part of a limited set and I did not receive all the specific packaging/accessories for the limited set. Listing stated original box and papers, but I received the standard box for this manufacturer, not the limited box. Seller stated maybe there were different variations, but I do not believe this to be the case. Just did not meet my expectation so I returned and I do not agree with having to own the cost of returning an item that was misrepresented. I was also able to procure the same watch elsewhere with all the expected components.

My experience was somewhat not ideal. First things first, I do appreciate that the watch went through a time and pressure test, for which there were paper receipts in the box. I also recognise the very fast response time delivery wise, good packaging and a very elaborate description of the watch on Chrono24. But, lets go through the bad part: 1) The watch has a defect on the 11 o'clock lume mark, it looks like black mold and it can be spotted with the naked eye. I've been in touch with Omega in order to check if its covered under warranty. The store's policy describes that " All our watches are thoroughly inspected, carefully cleaned, serviced as needed by our main watchmaker Edvin and his team". I'm not sure this particular watch went through a thorough inspection. 2) I wouldn't describe the condition of the watch as "Very good (Worn with little to no signs of wear)". The crystal in particular shows very deep scratches of the AR coating and they should be noted in the description before-hand in my opinion. Even Omega commented on the bad state of the crystal when the watch went for a checkup. 3) The warranty date is false. As per description of the watch " Original warranty: Dated 11/07/2013, issued in Latvia", while on the warranty card it's dated to 10/07/2018. I guess, this is to my advantage ,but something to look out for.

Zunächst schien alles professionell und vertrauenswürdig. Die Beschreibung der Uhr war ausführlich, die Bilder sehr gut. Die Uhr wurde jedoch als "Full Set", d.h. mit allen Dokumenten, angeboten. Aus diesem Grund war auch der etwas zu hohe Preis für mich ok. Die Lieferung lief einwandfrei. Als die Uhr ankam fehlte jedoch die Original Garantiekarte zur Uhr. Es handelte sich somit nicht um ein Full Set. Der Haändler reagierte auf eine entsprechende Anfrage mit dem Hinweis, seine Mitarbeiter hätten das ganze Lager (!!!) durchsucht und die Karte "leider" nicht gefunden. Aus Kulanz sei eine Preisnachlass von EUR 50,00 (!!!) möglich. Letztelich hat der Händler einen Nachlass von EUR 75,00 gewährt. An sich inakzeptabel. Allerdings hat Chrono24 sich sehr bemüht, den Fall gütlich zu regeln. Nur durch den Einsatz von Chrono24 konnte eine akzeptable Lösung erreicht werden. Es bleibt jedoch ein fader Beigeschmack, da der Händler eine nicht den Tatsachen entsprechende Artikelbeschreibung veröffentlicht hatte, die eine höhere Werthaltigkeit der Uhr suggerierte. Das ist kein fairer Umgang mit Kunden.

Le vendeur est réactif aux demandes. Pour autant le descriptif de l’annonce était incomplet ne signifiant pas que le bracelet n’est pas celui d’origine.

Le vendeur a mis beaucoup de temos avant de orienter à l'expédition. Il a fallu une relance de votre part et de la mienne. Promesse non tenue quant aux délais d'expédition et pourtant FedEx est très réactif donc lenteur du vendeur pour l'envoi.

Uhr war in einem schlechteren Zustand, als man dies aufgrund der Beschreibung hätte annehmen dürfen.
