We would like to cover the fixing cost at your country but the estimated amount exceeded what we can afford, so we believed that having it shipped back to us on our cost and get a full refund seem to be the best approach for you. In addition, we explained that as the maximum amount which can be paid back to you is the full amount you paid to chrono, and there is nothing we can do through the system. Although we are unable to cover the $100 immediately, instead of that, we sincerely offer you the inspection fee amount off if you would like to purchase from us again.

And you could also see the wrist size from the description before making the order. To show our sincerity for apologizing about the situation, we offered that 10,000 JPY refund to you or if you were not satisfied with that you could return the watch to us without any cost, and finally we made the 10,000 JPY refund to you which you chose. However, still feel really sorry for the bad experience.
