The appearance of the item was good except that the watch has obvious marks of being opened which is resonable as they need to open up the watch to verify but the gasket in the watch was broken and hence couldn’t pass the waterproof test and seller is unable to help source for the original parts which causes a lot of hassle and additional cost for me.

This was my first experience on buying a watch on Chrono24 so i was a little worried at first. Before making the purchase, i sent many questions to Watchnian and they always responded very quickly and were always very professional. The watch came in quickly, well packaged and the external appearance of the watch was as described. However i quickly realized that the clasp of the bracelet was not working properly. It would keep opening on its own when i was wearing the watch. I contacted Watchnian about it and they told me to get it repaired in my city and that they would cover up to a certain amount. However the watchmaker in my city said it was not possible to repair the spring and that i would have to change the whole clasp. From there, Watchnian offered only a small compensation to cover the cost of a new omega clasp which is several hundred of dollars even tough they had send me a defective bracelet. I tried negotiating a better compensation but they would not budge. Finaly with the help of Chrono24, we came to an agreement, but even then the compensation doesnt cover half of the new clasp at Omega. So what began as a very good experience turned into a disappointing one. It should be a basic step before shipping a watch to ensure the bracelet and the clasp are functioning as they should! In the end i really like the watch and hope Watchnian will change their policies in the future regarding compensation for broken parts.

Requested some info about service history from the watch, received awnser the next day they couldn’t give me a clear answer only that the watch was serviced by there specialist watch maker. No certificate from the service or specific what was done. But the watch was in even beter shape as advertised like new ! The box and papers were included in including the old service papers from 2017. Shipment takes a little longer as expected but the watch was really well packed. Overall I would buy again from this bealer

Grand Seiko looked like NOS accurate pictures and on time delivery. I would have given dealer a 5 star if it wasn’t for the lack of customer service regarding half links that should have been disclosed as missing. Half links are essential to ensure a proper fit in Grand Seiko.

Watchnian provided consistent and prompt communication. The watch was listed in very good condition with box only, but came with box and warranty papers, which was a great bonus. When I asked them about the condition, they stated the watch had no marks or defects anywhere on the watch, which to me meant mint condition, which would be another great bonus. When I received the watch, it had a few discolorations that I couldn't remove, on the inside of a single ceramic link. Watchnian had stated they look over every part of the watch with a magnifying glass, but this was obvious to the naked eye (dark discolorations on a white ceramic link). I received the watch with the full set of links, and had to remove five of them to fit my wrist. Fortunately, I was able to remove the discolored link as one of the five. The watch as it sits on my wrist is in not just mint condition, but literally unworn condition, which is an amazing value considering what I paid. Even though the Hublot warranty has passed, I was still able to register the watch on my Hublotista account. All in all, an amazing experience, thanks Watchnian! Tips for future: 1) Add a step in your pre-shipping process where you inspect the watch one more time to communicate exact issues with a watch to the buyer so there are no surprises. 2) Give buyers in the USA a preview of the customs forms they need to complete and email to FedEx immediately once the tracking number is generated, so there are no customs delays and the paperwork can be processed while the watch is in transit (I had to wait an extra 4 days for customs clearance and delayed delivery due to this issue, and that was with me being proactive. If I wasn't, the delay could have been 1-2 weeks.). If I'm in the market for another watch in the future and Watchnian has it for a great price, I'll definitely purchase from them again! :)

Die Uhr war defekt trotz sehr guter Verpackung. Das lässt nur den Schluss zu, dass die Uhr in keiner Weise geprüft wurde. Ein absolutes No-Go.
