Thanks for recommending us and we greatly appreciate your business. Not sure how we could have done better with item description or communication as we provided a 100% complete (box, papers, manual, etc.) and authentic UAE stamped dial Rolex with the matching UAE stamped box. We had over 10 pictures and a detailed description of the actual watch itself. We communicated promptly with you on a regular basis pre and post sale and even went ahead and helped coordinate your pickup from the local FedEx when the address you provided wasn't correct.
