Regarding the date of shipment, it is because we are not able to ship on weekend, thus for payment confirmed on Friday (may also including Thu. night due to time difference) or later, the watch will be shipped next Monday. From our experiences, shipment usually takes about one week to arrive, but sometimes it will delay because of the customs clearance work. Although we provided all information need for clearance, we are not able to ask tax related information from our customers, therefore, we suppose our customers will handle the import tax payment themselves. However, customers can feel free to contact us if they need any assistance, but please be aware of the lag caused by time differences or our off day (Wed. and Sun.). As the pictures did show scratches and we also wrote scratches on the bezel in description part, you may ask for more detailed photos if you are worried about the condition. Sorry for the situation but as we told you from messages, the watch has been inspected by the professional contractor before listing, and we checked it before shipping, it was working well and there should be no need to do any services at the moment. According to your description, also as we wanted to confirm with you, since it is an automatic watch, we are not sure if you have done fulling winding before you use it. If not, your daily move may be not enough to provide enough power to keep the watch to work. Please feel free to let know if you don't know how to solve the problem.
