Exceptional service from the Element iN Time team, not easy with the transatlantic delivery but they made it very smooth and the watch was exactly as described (as new) with some extras which ensured i felt that they really cared about the client experience. I will check them again on every potential purchase.

First time purchasing on Chrono24 and EiT came through as promised. Communication was great from start to finish. Package arrived in excellent condition. Though, there was a slight mis-information on seller's part, this was cleared up really quickly! Seller was very helpful in the process and even offered an extension on the 14-day timeline to ensure we are happy with the purchase. The minor issue was resolved quickly and amicably. The watch is authentic!

Absoutely fanstantic shopping experience with them. They are professional, easy and worry free to deal with. They send out the watch in the same day with well packaging, and i recevied my watch in 3 days (US to HK). Watch received as same as the listing described. Love my watch. Highly recommended dealer.

Dealer was exceptional. Have a choice of shipping options. Sized the watch for me so I didn’t have to find someone else to do that. Provided a travel case.

The dealer was fantastic to deal with. I was initially concerned with a mark on the watch strap - they immediately responded with an explanation of the mark from the display that was removed easily with a wipe cloth - they sent pictures of the strap again which showed it was a new strap. They were also incredibly accommodating and helpful in advice around the shipping and delivery as well.
