Waste of time. Cancelled order after paying for it. Didn’t bother to confirm timepiece was in stock before requesting/accepting payment. Didn’t even bother to tell me order was being cancelled until I reached out.

Dear Sir, When you placed this order on a Saturday (when our office is closed), we immediately accepted your purchase order after checking the online stock status which showed this watch as available from our stock. But when we checked our physical stock on the first business day our office opened up again, the next Monday, we found out that this watch was unfortunately physically not available anymore and we immediately informed Chrono24 to cancel your order. As we can not do that ourselves. We don't know why Chrono24 dragged to cancel it only the next business day (Tuesday). There was thus a mistake in our online stock status as it was not updated properly, we apologise for this human mistake. Please note we permanently have about 1500 watches online, this kind of human mistake unfortunately happens once in a blue moon. We understand it is frustrating you cannot can your hands anymore on this magnificent new watch at a ridiculously low price. Again, our apologies for this human mistake and for not being perfect. Thank you

Uhr war bestellt und bezahlt , nach 14 Tagen hat man festgestellt dass sie nicht lieferbar ist. Allerdings wird unter gleichen Inseratsnummer eine gleiche verkauft für paar Euro mehr. Etwas enttäuschend.

Dear Sir, Our supplier for this watch, the official Rolex dealer, let us down: he did not deliver this watch to us although we paid for it about two months ago. Finally he could not deliver (so far the good reputation of official Rolex dealers) and we had to cancel your order. We are as disappointed as you are. Please note you did not pay us, you paid Chrono24. Also we always answered immediately all your demands so to give us only a 1 star rating on Communication is unfair. Thank you

after ordering and paying the watch, they didn't have the understanding to wait for the payment to hit the account and canceled the order. despite the fact that I sent swift.. it was not correct. greetings from Croatia
