Suspicious behavior. Seller tries to send out the watch case and strap separately to avoid custom clearance. Never encounter this practice before when I ordered watch online. Had to cancel the deal.

Two weeks after purchase I got a message saying they didn’t have the watch in stock. I saw other reviews with people who had the same experience so I wasn’t super surprised but I was very disappointed.

Selling not available watches. I tried ro purchase a watch for a birghday present. Informed me that it ia not available 3 weeks after the order. Needless to say, it ruined the birghday! Big disappointment!

Uhr wurde mit kurzer Lieferzeit angeboten. Dann wurde daraus eine Lieferung in 8-10 Wochen. Danach konnte angeblich keine Lieferzeit vom Hersteller erfragt werden. Nach 3 Monaten Wartezeit habe ich die Order storniert. Ich habe die proaktive Problembehandlung vermisst. Alles musste man selbst beim Verkäufer erfragen. Zur Fairness muss erwähnt werden, dass ich schonmal eine Uhr hier bestellt habe und es da reibungslos geklappt hat. ABER: Einfach kann jeder! Eine gute Firma erkennt man erst, wenn es schwierig wird. Dann möchte der Kunde betreut werden und erkennen, dass der Verkäufer alles daran setzt das Problem zu lösen. Das hat mir hier gefehlt

Ich frage mich, wofür man die Verfügbarkeit überprüft ?? Soll man grundsätzlich bestellen und bezahlen ? Absagen dass die Uhr nicht lieferbar kann man ja immer noch. Reine Zeit-u. Nervenverschwendung. (und warten bis man sein Geld wiederbekommt)

Das die Uhr nicht beim Verkäufer lagernd war stand in der Beschreibung. Aber das nach 2 Wochen Wartezeit plötzlich die Nachricht kam das die Uhr nicht besorgt werden konnte, war wider jeder Erwartung. Zumindest sobald dies Anfangs klar war das die Uhr nicht lieferbar ist, hätte man eine Nachricht senden müssen und den Stand der Dinge erklären müssen. Für mich ist so eine Geschäftspraktik nicht nachvollziehbar, da hier der Kunde in Vorleistung gehen muss und mit Glück es zu einem Geschäftsabschluss kommt. Fazit: Mehr als enttäuscht. Vor allem die Kommunikation, deshalb nur 1 Stern.

1. Dealer said they would ship as soon as they processed it. 2. Dealer then said the price would be higher than advertised. When asked why they advertised the selling price and what the actual price would be they said they did not have the watch and could not get it and canceled the sale. Will I trust them again. No.

Je n'ai eu un contact de Montredo que plus de 10 jours après le règlement de la montre. De plus la montre mise en vente n'était pas disponible et il m'a été proposé d'attendre 10 mois pour la recevoir!. Il est inacceptable que les montres mises en vente sur le site par Montredo ne soient pas réellement disponibles et qu'après règlement il soit demandé d'en choisir une autre ou d'attendre 10 mois pour recevoir la commande. Montredo n'est pas un vendeur sérieux.

Nach einem Angebot und der Bestätigung, dass die Uhr vorrätig sei, wurde dies nach der Zahlung revidiert. Dazu kommt ein sehr unprofessioneller Kundenservice.

Rossz dobozban küldték el az órát, a megrendelt termék lassan érkezik meg, a kommunikáció nem megfelelő. Amikor jeleztem hogy rossz dobozban küldték az órát, akkor annyi volt a válasz, hogy elküldik, de amúgy nagyon jó áron vettem az órát szóval maradjak csendben. :)

Si je pouvais mettre Zéro (0) étoile je le ferai ! Ils ont brisé mon rêve et mon anniversaire, en me faisant croire qu'il avait une montre en stock, ensuite ils ont annulé la vente, gardé mon argent pendant pendant 1 mois (si ils font cela avec plusieurs personnes cela fera de beaux placement boursier!). Ma carte bleu étant arrivé au plafond maximum, je n'ai même pas pus m'acheter une autre montre pour mon anniversaire ! Je suis extrêmement déçu. j'aurais souhaité que l'on me propose une autre Bell & Ross mais il y avait plus de 500 € supplémentaires ! Je n'achèterai plus jamais sur ce site !

Trotz vorliegendem Angebot, adressiertem Lieferdatum und bereits erhaltener Rechnung wurde mir eine Woche nach Zahlung der vollen Kaufsumme mitgeteilt, die gewünschte Uhr wäre nun angeblich doch nicht mehr lieferbar. Insgesamt eine unbefriedigter Service in Anbetracht der Tatsache, dass zuvor eine Abfrage der Lieferfähigkeit beim Anbieter über Chrono24 erfolgte. Zeitverschwendung für alle Beteiligten…

Die Kommunikation war stets freundlich und bemüht dennoch in Summe monatelange "Lieferzeit" trotz anfangs "sofort verfügbar" Status. Nach monatelangem Warten unvollständig verfügbar. Zuletzt kein Originalband und Uhr in falscher Ausführung. 40 statt 36mm Damenuhr. Unkomplizierte Rückabwicklung bzw. Rückerstattung.

O comerciante passou 20 dias para informar que o relógio iria atrasar pois ainda iria ser fabricado, depois disse que iria atrasar a entrega em 4 ou 5 semanas e por último cancelou a venda pois disse que não tinha conseguido fornecedor para o relógio. Um dia depois a Montredo anunciou o mesmo relógio 30% mais caro no site deles.

My experience was pretty bad, they confirmed availability of the good then i made the purchase. After few days i got a apology message saying that they dont have the product which they sell in web and confirm the availability. Now i have to wait for the refund about a week and follow till it comes back to my account :(

Trotz expliziter Nachfrage vor der Überweisung stand die Uhr dann doch so nicht zur Verfügung. Schade!

Hi, I ordered a listed watch from Tudor, however even ~10 weeks dealer was not able to say when the watch will be delivered. They should not be listed as otherwise I would have picked a different dealer and now it will be hard for me to source the watch :-( Thanks, Simon

This dealer advertises watches for sale that they do have in stock and the availability of which they do not know. This wouldn't be a real problem and I wouldn't mention it at all, except for the fact that they accept your payment and then tell you that the item isn't available. In the US, this is called "bait-and-switch" and is at minimum shady and at most, possibly even illegal.

Asked for a watch and received specific offer to buy. Actually the watch was not available. Still I had to issue payment via trustee service before receiving clarification that watch was not available. Dealer had sufficient time to confirm availabilitz or not before issuing the payment to trustee account. Would have appreciated to get this clarified before entering into unconvenient payment and unnecessariy unwinding thereof.

Die bestellte Uhr war auf einmal nach wochenlanger Wartezeit nicht lieferbar. D.h. zum Zeitpunkt des Kaufes war die Lieferung nicht sichergestellt. Das sollte / muss deutlicher angezeigt werden. Mit Kenntnis der nicht garantieren Lieferung hätte ich nicht bestellt. Für mich unseriös. Am Ende gab es eine Entschuldigung, dass man die Uhr nicht beschaffen konnte???

Bietet Uhren an, die er gar nicht hat. Nach knapp einem Monat hab ich den Kauf abgebrochen und mich für ein anderes Angebot entschieden.
