Grundsätzlich ein sehr guter Händler. Diesmal leider völlig unterirdisch. Der Händler hatte die Uhr mit einer falschen Bandlänge angegeben. Das ist ihm bei der Vorbereitung für den Versand aufgefallen. Er wollte erst kein weiteres Bandelement dazu geben (um auf die angegebene Länge zu kommen) und hat mich schon halb dazu genötigt, die Bestellung zu stornieren, obwohl ich schon bezahlt hatte. Nach 2 Wochen Diskussion hat er dann eingelenkt und die Uhr so wie von ihm selbst beschrieben an mich geliefert. Sehr fragwürdige Vorgehensweise für einen so großen Händler und der Tatsache, dass der Fehler bei ihm lag und wir über maximal 30€ sprechen.

Die Uhr war vom Verkäufer offensichtlich nicht ausreichend deklariert worden und wurde vom Zoll tagelang zurückgehalten. Die in diesem Zusammenhang erforderliche Kommunikation mit dem vom Verkäufer beauftragten Versanddienstleister FedEx, dem Verkäufer und Chrono24 war völlig unzureichend. Von den vorgenannten Beteiligten wurde viel zu wenig Aktivität zur Lösung des Problems entfaltet. Ich habe eine sehr schöne Uhr bekommen, aber der Ärger bis zum Eintreffen der Uhr war unnötig und unprofessionell.

I was EXTREMELY disappointed that the alligator band was not included. Yes, it was in the description that it was may not be included but I had researched it and it appeared that it was OK to be sent to me. I can purchase the band here but it was not allowed to be shipped to me? I do not understand that at all! I have now had to spend an additional $330 to get the watch that was advertised. If I had known that, I would have negotiated the price. I contacted Chrono 24, spoke to a gentleman named, J.P. who said he would look into the matter but I have yet to hear back from him. I am very upset about this, it seems unfair and I would like to be compensated for the extra $330 I had to spend which does not include the over two weeks I have to wait for the band that I had already purchased initially but since the transaction is complete I doubt that will happen.

I wanted to purchase a watch from this dealer and before placing my order, I checked the pictures carefully. It looked like there was scratch on the dial and when I inquired with the dealer, they said it was just dust. I went ahead and purchased the watch and when it arrived, I tried to remove the "dust" and found out it was a scratch! I contacted the dealer and them what they could do. Basically nothing but send the watch back. It felt like too much of a hassle to ship the watch back internationally so I just decided to keep it. If you purchase from this dealer, be wary that your watch might not be the same condition they say it is. They are dishonest. You'll most likely get stuck with a watch in a lesser condition and their customer service could care less since you are international and you'll never deal with them in person.

ASK THE SELLER TO 100% CONFIRM THE CONDITION OF THE WATCH BEFORE SENDING PAYMENT!! Just as few other reviews mentioned, the seller told me the second hand of the watch was miss-aligned and required repair ONLY AFTER I sent the payment. I even tried to verify the condition of the watch with the seller before I made the payment, however the seller told me the watch did not have any problem and didn't mention anything in the listing description neither. Since I really liked the watch, and the watch is still under warranty, I took the suggestion given by the seller that they would send the watch for repair to the manufacture for me. When I finally received the watch, the second hand problem was fixed, however I noticed a stain/scratch on the automatic rotor of the watch. The seller claimed that may caused by the manufacture's repair work and refused to take any responsibility for it.

Très déçu de cet achat... Je ne le retournerai pas car trop de complications depuis la Suisse... Marqué rayures sur le verre mais aucun élément de traduction ne m'a permis de le voir... Inadmissible qu'on ne puisse pas avoir au moins une traduction des textes de l'annonce en Anglais depuis l'application smartphone ou de pouvoir faire un copier-coller des textes annonces !

Pictures on listing were not images of the watch received. Condition described as very good but Watch had large deep scratch on caseback and bezel was damaged.

Die Uhr wurde rasch versendet und entspricht der Beschreibung im Angebot. Leider kam sie mit innen stark beschlagenem Glas. Sofortige Konsultation eines Uhrmachers ergab eine fehlende Bodendichtung. Qualitätsprüfung, Kommunikation und After Sales Service durch der Verkäufer sind stark verbesserungswürdig. Chrono24 konnte eine gute Lösung vermitteln. Bei dem Händler würde ich nicht wieder kaufen, denn im Falle eines Problems wird man offenbar allein gelassen.

The description was technically correct. But I did not know about all the items included in the full set of an Omega Tokyo 2020 Limited Edition. The photos did not show the steel bracelet, which a few weeks after I realized should have been part of a full set. The dealer was totally inflexible about rectifying the problem. I offered to even buy another watch of similar value and get a discount that will let me go buy the bracelet from Omega. Yes, the dealer was within their rights of Chrono24 to just turn down all my suggestions -- even one that meant more revenues for them and satisfaction for me. BUT this is not an appropriate level of customer care from folk that deal with high value items. I also suggested to Chrono24 that they should have a "x Full Set?" checkbox in all product pages -- especially expensive Limited Editions for which it might not be easy to figure out what is a full set... but the support line folks were just as pedantic as the dealer. I'm thinking of just deregistering, and saving myself a bunch of grief and optional watch-buying in the future. (All this because a bracelet costing a a few hundreds... sigh!)

Le vendeur m'a d'abord confirmé que la montre fonctionnait puis quand je l'ai commandée et versé la somme il a remarqué qu'elle était cassée... Incompréhensible. Il faut ensuite patienter une semaine pour récupérer la somme...

Shipping was fast on the dealers end. No issues with that. But the fact that fedex is used makes the whole process a headache. Watch arrived into the country within a couple days from Japan. However, took almost a week and a half to actually receive the package, even though customs and taxes were paid for as soon as it arrived. If the dealer used a different more reliable shipper this would’ve been rated higher. Packaging was good though. Another issue I had was there was a small screw missing from the bracelet that was not shown in the pictures because the pictures only captured one side of the watch and did not notify in the description there was a small screw missing on one of the links. Not a huge deal but I feel like this should’ve been noted at the very least. Besides that, the watch was in excellent condition.

There is a missing bracelet link however the dealer explained it’s pre-owned & the condition is as in the picture.

My communication with the dealer leading up to receiving the watch was great, but the watch completely stopped within 6 hours of receiving it. Communication with Ippuukishi was pretty poor afterwards. They asked me to send them a video recording of the issue and then just said that they couldn't open the file (I double checked the file on multiple devices: Mac, PC, mobile; it was fine). I was fortunate enough to have a brand boutique near me with a watchmaker onsite who was able to tell me without completely taking the watch apart that the issue was pretty much a freak accident that can happen very very rarely when pushing the crown in and setting the time (I am not exactly sure on the details, but he assured me that there were no extremely serious problems). However, the watchmaker told me that the watch also had a few other problems: it was magnetized, and the watch movement required regulating + adjustment. While these are not huge issues and I ultimately decided to keep the watch, I would personally not buy from this seller again. It seems they do not keep their watches in the best condition, and at least for me, they have lost my trust.

I have paid the watch, but after that I was notified by the seller, there is a problem of the watch movement, and need to be sent to the official service centre to repair. I wait for 1 month and the seller said the service centre has no parts for that watch to repair, need to change the whole movement but the repair time is uncertain as it is a non-launch new movement, and finally cancelled the order. I can understand the situation, and also successfully got the refund promptly. But it would be better that seller to check all the functionalities and ensure the watch working properly before it is being sell to customer….

1. Seller is not selling according to the exchange rate stipulated in chrono24. 2. The watch didn’t come with super cosc green tag, no white tag (it’s fine), no worldwide warrantee book & day-date manual book.

Great communication but the listing didn't describe that the watch was coming without its alligator strap for foreign buyers because of CITES regulations, etc. I had then to cancel my purchase, what a pity!
