I ordered another watch from another dealer a week later and it arrived at the same time. These guys use a low grade shipping company so everything is slow and manual. Others have left similar reviews but they don’t seem to care enough to change shipping providers.

I was a little disappointed with the buying process. The Chonograph function had a defect which was not mentioned in the offer and the watch came quite overpolished which was also not shown in the pictures or mentioned in the offer. After all the dealer offered a small sum that i have to put into the watch repair.

Item received as advertised and in perfect condition. Seller was good with communication as well. However, buyers need to be aware that seller uses an obscure shipping service that hands off to a local broker/courier. I lost track of my parcel for several days and only knew the parcel was on the way when a domestic broker called me informing me of duties that needed to be paid. If not for this phone call, my package would have been sitting in a warehouse unattended without my knowing it’s whereabouts.

The watch took a long time before it arrived and has some issues. I am in negotiation with them, but it is all going not smoothly. Hoping issue will be solved, but I have to bring the watch to a watchmaker and fix it, but it was not as agreed.

The buckle was not the right size for the watch and no mention of it in the add at all, Very disappointed.

Unfortunately had to cancel the item as it arrived not matching the description/pictures provided. Cancelation process was handled with care and attention from seller. Would still recommend based on the open and honest conversations had.

Communication was not good. The watch has a pretty noticeable scratch on the crystal, which I think should have been disclosed and/or shown in a photograph. The shipping was good as was the packaging.

Comunicazione problematica e assente a rispondere e far fronte alle richieste del cliente. E' stato proposto uno sconto sull'importo richiesto in origine, ma allo stesso tempo è stato preteso il pagamento prima di inviare foto specifiche richieste relative all'articolo. Pessima la fase di spedizione e ricezione tramite poste nazionali, che ha comportato notevoli disagi per lo sdoganamento e la ricezione del pacco. Pagamento effettuato il 27/2 e spedizione ritirata personalmente ad un ufficio postale fuori zona il 2/4, dopo innumerevoli contrattempi e timore di potenziale smarrimento del pacco. Con FEDEX o UPS sarebbe tutto andato a buon fine in 7 giorni al massimo! Consiglierei vivamente al venditore di affidarsi in futuro a validi corrieri ed aggiungere le spese di spedizione, perchè una spedizione gratuita a questi livelli è risultata un incubo.

watch mostly as described - dealer has refinished the case and the brushing on the side is quite poor doesn't look original. communication was slow and lot of questions were answered poorly leaving me with having to take a risk with the purchase. overall not a bad seller but do your due diligence before buying.
