With all due respect, you came to us in the ad of a discontinued model from 2012 (IW377701), which was LITERALLY written on the reference description and shown on the picture. And after we have got you the watch, then you said you wanted another model IW377709. Hi, I'm really sorry for the situation that we're in, and regarding the case of the small scratch, I wanted to clarify this whole situation. We offered you the options of solution as soon as possible, which were either return the watch with full refunds, or change to another one. With these options we would cover the shipping fee. We talked to Chrono24 and got them together to solve your case, and at the end, we both agreed with the solution that you thought was the best, you accepted the compensation, and case was closed. This was the whole story of this incident, and yes, it did take 2-3 weeks until we came to a conclusion and solved it, we're sorry about the delay. Good afternoon, as we informed from the first moment, the watch would take 2 to 3 weeks to arrive to our offices in Madrid, once the watch arrived to our offices we would ship it in 24-48 hours, so we have always been within the stipulated shipping time. If it is true that by any chance we forgot to put the extra straps in the packaging, which we send as soon as possible to your home and for which we apologize, these are mistakes that we avoid to happen. We are sorry for the error. There can always be an error in the ad because many times we enter the reference and the rest is filled automatically by the system but we are working to prevent this kind of thing from happening. Our recommendation to future customers is to check the characteristics of the watch on their official website and if it is the same as the published ad then great and if not it would help us greatly if you tell us the error. But this way you will be able to verify and be sure of the real characteristics and it would be more difficult to make a mistake. But in any case if it is our mistake we admit it quickly and we always try to solve it as soon as possible.
