Being my first Rolex I was nervous but after learning about the reputation that SWE has in the watch industry I was out at ease. Upon purchase they reached out asked if I had any questions and went over the purchase. Delivery was fast very well packaged and I have to admit I was shaking when opening my first ever Rolex! It was exactly what I had ordered, the pics were exactly what was sent and the watch was beautiful. Had it checked out just to put myself at ease and was told it was good to go. Hard to believe it’s 28 years old looks and sounds brand new! Would highly recommend SWE!!!

the omega I purchased came in even better condition than the pictures showed. this retailer had clearly serviced the watch prior to shipping as they stated. finishing was very good for a 15-year-old example, fine brushing and good polish w/out damage to case lines. Movement is running +1 SPD avg. across 5 positions when tested and at Zero SPD on the wrist. Fair price and very fast shipping, upon further research a very extensive selection too.

cancelled for no reason, no coms, stay away

We did not cancel your order, Chrono24 did. We got a note from them that said that you were no longer interested. We had eleven messages back and forth about two different watches, and you even sent us photos illustrating your questions, which we fully answered. We also offered our store hours so you could call us while we are here six days a week, and we offered a live video call via FaceTime or Zoom to show you the watch and our service center. We really made ourselves as fully available as possible. You could even schedule an appointment to visit our retail store in Atlanta, if you like. We support all kinds of contact with our watch consultants.

The watch was advertised as new/unworn. While the condition of the watch in the metal was good, it arrived dirty which made me question its advertised condition. Shipping was suboptimal, as the watch did not fit into the shipping boxes in which it was sent. Neither of these are overly major problems, but the lack of attention to detail does make one question the care with which the dealer treats the watches it sells.

This watch was advertised as "Unworn", defined by Chrono24 as "Unworn: Mint condition, without signs of wear. From old stockpile, may have minimal signs of wear from storage." The watch is five years old, as evidenced by the Omega Warranty card, and therefore is not "new" or "perfect," but it is certainly amazing. Even though Chrono24 allows that the watch might show minimal signs of wear, this one is incredible, and if it had some dust or smudges from being an unpolished watch from 2018, that is understandable. We ship scores of watches every day, all over the world, and almost all of our clients praise the packaging we use as very secure and discreet, and the watches are very well protected.

Here in the Chrono24 platform, we do not handle payments, Chrono24 does. In three days, Chrono24 still had not confirmed your payment, and the watch was sold elsewhere. Your complaint is truly with Chrono24 for not processing and clearing your payment faster, not with us for cancelling the order when payment was not received.

Chrono24 delayed processing your payment. They handle all the payment logistics for any watch sold on their site. At the time that the status of your payment was still "Awaiting Payment", the watch was sold elsewhere. Therefore, your order was canceled. Your real complaint is with Chrono24 not processing your payment fast enough, not with us canceling your order too soon.

My experience with this individual and with Chrono24 has been exceptional. I give you both my highest recommendation. As far as the Commemorative Edition Stainless Steel and Gold Men's Rolex is concerned, I am extremely pleased with the watch, as well as the packaging and expedited delivery with tracking.
