Extraordinary customer attention. I was not able to finalize the purchase due to an increase in the sales price as a result of applying interstate sales taxes. I have to credit all their staff for the professional treatment, knowledge, fast communication and care. No doubt it is 100% recommended.

The watch was in great condition but even though the photos showed that the band would fit my wrist it is too small to do so, but with their number of watches it could be a mix up in the picture posted. I am in the process of acquiring additional links or returning for an exchange.

Oversold in watch condition: Was offered as 'very good' - my official Rolex dealer in Switzerland visually inspected the watch: partially broken tritium on minute hand, minor dent on clasp, more polished than described. All in all, a watch in 'Good' condition. Slight disappointment. Seller would not send me a video of the functions, only 'sale' text.

The watch I purchased had an issue and needed to be immediately sent back for service, but SWE took care of it for me. I was going to be charged to ship the watch back, but they ended up footing the bill. They were very polite and communication was good throughout. I'd like to see them start shipping overnight only, because who wants their watch bouncing around in a truck for a couple of days? All in all, they made good on the sale and took care of me. The watch was every bit as nice as they described.
