Due to the used nature of the product, the box and accessories may have odors and damage due to age and deterioration. Please refer to the condition rank and contact us for more details.

-We ship within 3 to 6 business days after payment is confirmed. We are not able to ship on weekends, holidays, and our regular holidays.
-Shipping company is Fedex or UPS depending on the destination.
-Customers are responsible for any customs/duty fees.
-We cannot submit invoices for less than the amount sold/paid.
-We cannot ship belt straps that are subject to export restrictions under the Washington Convention (materials such as crocodile). They will be removed and shipped separately.
-We have inspected/maintained the watch according to our standards before posting it on the site.
1- For automatic and hand-wound watches, we allow +/- 20 seconds difference between the day of the week and the day of the month, measured by WITSCHI machines. Depending on the model, +/- 30 seconds may be acceptable. *Special models such as spring drive watches are different.
2-Quartz (battery) watches are purchased second-hand, so we cannot tell how long the battery has been replaced. The battery will be a monitor battery.
-We do not provide our own warranty/repair warranty for watches shipped outside of Japan.
-We do offer a 14-day return and money-back guarantee with Chrono24 Trust Service and Escrow Service. However, we do not accept returns of watches that have been used. The customer is responsible for the cost of returning the watch.
-If an item is missing or has been changed since before delivery at the time of return, the refund may be reduced.
-If the customer refuses to receive the watch after it has been shipped, the return shipping costs will be deducted from the refund.
